Green Shield Canada, a not-for-profit Medical and Dental Health Benefits Organization places a great deal of emphasis on arming and educating their employees to be their very best by providing them with yearly professional development. Knowing that customer service and customer experience are paramount in her organization, Tracey Riccardi, Manager, Client Services at GSC was eager to set this course in motion, but not without a little uncertainty. Not knowing exactly what to anticipate, CSPN worked very closely with Tracey to ensure seamless delivery of the workshop with superior results.
