Each year, CSPN host a number of networking events, which brings together a community of customer service professionals across North America and abroad.

During the 20th Annual Conference attendees got the chance to learn and network with companies who are paving the way in customer experience through many interactive sessions - feature presentations, keynotes, panelists, roundtable discussions and workshops. The Theme for the 2017 Conference was "Discover, Design & Deliver: Tomorrow's Customer Experience."
Alongside our conference, CSPN hosted its first Women in Leadership Event and Gala which boasted a jam-packed evening filled with inspiring women, a group of motivating panelists, and guest speakers that left the attendees in awe of their inspirational rise to the top. This year’s event had a record attendance with close to 150 women and men in the customer service industry to celebrate female leaders that surround us in the workplace.
CSPN also hosts numerous Breakfast Meetings throughout the year, which serve as a thought leadership forum to stay up to date with the latest customer service buzz.
Our Certified Client Services Specialist (CCSS) Designation bootcamp received rave reviews.
