How do I become a member?

Do I have to be a member to participate in the events?
You don’t have to be a member to participate; however, you will not receive member discounts and other member benefits.
How do I get onsite training for my organization?

Yes, we are partnered with Cutting Edjj Consulting to offer you a range of services, including building Customer Service Strategy, Benchmarking, Surveys, and Contact Centre Assessments.
